
Gabe Caprio
Mr. Caprio serves as a Senior Managing Director for the firm. He has approximately 50 years experience in the commercial real estate arena and prior to joining Trinity Street was the President and CEO of Amalgamated Bank. Prior to Amalgamated Bank he was an executive at Chase and Citibank. Mr. Caprio is a past Chairman of the New York Bankers Association and is Chairman Emeritus of the Bankers Advisory Board of the Conference of State Bank Supervisors. He served as a long time member of the Advisory Board of Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City and is a past member of the Board of Overseers of New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Caprio has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Seton Hall University, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from New York University.
Joseph Graham
Mr. Graham serves as a Managing Director and head of Originations for the firm. He has approximately 15 years experience in the commercial real estate arena and is the founder of Black Ink Financial Group. He began his career as a financial advisor and estate planner for JP Morgan Chase middle market/ private bank and has held various positions in finance and real estate banking for Hudson United bank and Capital one bank. Mr. Graham has a bachelor’s of science in finance from Syracuse University. Mr. Graham also currently serves on the Board of the New York banking and finance networking group and is a member of the Harmonie Club.
John T. Dragone
Mr. Dragone serves as a Managing Director, head of Credit for the firm. He has approximately 25 years experience in the commercial real estate arena and is the founder of the Landmark Opportunity Fund. He began his career in corporate and real estate finance for Prudential Capital and has held various positions in real estate banking for PNC Bank and Bear Stearns & Company. Mr. Dragone has a bachelor’s of science in Management Information Systems from the University of NY at Buffalo and an MBA in Finance & International Business from Fordham University. Mr. Dragone currently serves as a Governor on the Board for the National Realty Club, founded in 1947.
