Property types include the following: multifamily, student housing, senior housing, manufactured housing, build for rent, office, retail, industrial, self storage and hotels.

 

Joint Venture equity allows a sponsor to preserve a sizeable portion of ownership interest in and joint control in a property, with a cost-effective manner. JV equity is available up to 98% of the capital stack, subject to sponsor experience, project and market economics.
